Reading Corps Program
St. Michael Elementary participates in the Minnesota Reading Corps (MRC) program. MRC is a statewide initiative to help every Minnesota child become a successful reader by the end of 3rd grade. St. Michael Elementary has full-time and part-time tutors working with 1st– 3rd grade students who are just below proficiency in reading.
